Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then be refunded the full order amount.
Only the return shipping costs from your home to our supplier are at your own expense.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the supplier with all supplied accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging.

We will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days after receiving notice of your return, provided that the product has been received back in good condition.
Exceptions to Returns
Products that meet one or more of the following conditions cannot be returned:
a. Sealed products — once the seal has been broken, these items are non-returnable.
b. Products made to the consumer’s specifications.
c. Products that are clearly personal in nature.
d. Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned.
e. Products that spoil or age quickly.
f. Products whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market beyond the trader’s control.
g. Single issues of newspapers and magazines.
h. Audio or video recordings and computer software once the seal has been broken by the consumer.

📩 Return Request
Want to return an item? First, send an email to info@zamura-london.co with the following information:
- Your order number
- The product you want to return
- Reason for return (optional)
- Photos (if damaged or faulty)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without prior confirmation from our customer service.
📦 After Approval
Once we have approved your return request, we will send you the correct return address and further instructions. Return shipping costs are generally your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
💰 Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the purchase price within 5 business days using the same payment method you used.
