When will I receive my order?
The average delivery time is 7 to 15 days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you.
Thanks to this unique business model, we save significantly on storage and transport costs, allowing us to offer our products at much lower prices than our competitors.
In addition, we cover all shipping costs ourselves.
The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?!
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected time frame. However, it may occasionally happen that a shipment is delayed during transit.

I’m missing some products from my order. How is that possible?
We work with multiple suppliers, which means that items from the same order may be shipped separately.
If you are missing any products, they will usually arrive within 2 to 3 days.

What are the shipping costs?
We cover all shipping costs for every order.
Please note: Occasionally, we offer FREE promotional products. In such cases, we charge a €6.95 shipping and handling fee to cover processing and logistics costs.
Returns & Exchanges
I’m not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is unused and undamaged.
You do not need to provide a reason for your return.
